Democrats Swept the Midterms. Here’s the Real Problem. Ep 219

The Democrats swept the midterms, and I’m convinced our biggest problem isn’t the Democrats. I don’t even think it’s Donald Trump. I think it’s a lot closer to home.

God keeps handing His people extraordinary opportunities, and we keep squandering them. Israel walked through the Red Sea and then grumbled their way into 40 years in the wilderness. We spend $14 billion on Halloween and then panic every election year about our kids’ future.

We’re not living in the book of Revelation. We’re living in the book of Proverbs, and the answer isn’t another political savior. It starts at your own kitchen table, not in Washington. Don’t confuse political defeat with spiritual defeat. Jesus hasn’t lost an election, and our hope was never in the elephant or the donkey. It’s in the Lamb.
