Emma Fowle grew up in London’s East End, the daughter of a four-time world champion powerlifter whose steroid addiction spiralled into cocaine and amphetamines, and then into something that blew her whole family apart.
Emma is the deputy editor of Premier Christianity, the UK’s largest Christian magazine, as well as an author, broadcaster, and speaker. Her debut memoir, All the Times You Were Not There (SPCK), tells her story of finding faith in the depths of family betrayal.
