We challenge ourselves to lead at home without keeping score, putting our wife and kids first even when work drains our time and energy. 
• keeping our relationship with Jesus Christ as the highest priority 
• showing up with real presence at home, not leading from the sidelines 
• embracing sacrificial leadership as a mandate, not a preference 
• becoming the lead disciple through prayer, Scripture, and spiritual guidance 
• making hard trade-offs with time, travel, money, and comfort for the good of the family 
• serving without a transactional mindset and dropping expectations of payback 
• valuing our wives through gratitude, practical help, and attention to what matters to them
