In 1 Peter 2:2, we’re told to crave pure spiritual milk so that we can grow up in our salvation. But what does that really mean?

The Greek word for “crave” (ἐπιποθέω, epipotheó) carries the idea of an intense longing, like deep hunger or thirst.

And “grow up” (αὐξάνω, auxanó) isn’t just about maturing—it’s about being nourished, strengthened, and expanded in faith… AND there’s a super cool connection to Genesis!
