Karen's had a lifelong journey with an AVM that was discovered when she was in grade school. The years that followed brought surgeries, hospital stays, hope, dreams, marriage to a farmer named Nik and the purchase of a dream farm. It also brought bumps in the road and major obstacles, things that would have caused most people to give up.

But Karen doesn't give up. And neither does Nik. Instead, they decided to give back with the launch of the Cuddle Cow Company, where proceeds from every purchase are donated to help with spinal cord research.
