146. A Light in the Dark... The Kairos Hope Story with Eryka Mabus McMillan and Miranda Coulson
I recently found out about an incredible organization that is shining a light amidst the dark reality of sex trafficking and sexual trauma. That organization is called Kairos Hope.
Kairos Hope is a Christian recovery home (located in the Missouri) for survivors of sexual trauma. They help women find freedom through Biblical instruction and clinical mental health counseling. Their program is completely free to residents and lasts 6-9 months.
The work that Kairos Hope is doing is powerful, effective and so very needed. I first heard about this organization and their mission when a beautiful girl named Miranda Coulson spoke at a local church. Miranda is joining me on the show today, along with the executive director and founder of Kairos Hope, Eryka Mabus McMillan, to talk about the Kairos Hope story.
