As leaders, we have faced the disruption and challenges that have accompanied the worldwide epidemic of COVID-19. While this time has presented enormous challenges, it's certainly not the first or the last crisis we will be called as leaders to face. In today's episode, Bill and Ed discuss leading out of and after a crisis or wilderness experience. While many desire to return to normalcy, Ed and Bill make the point that God wants us to move ahead. As leaders, we need to consider the lessons learned in the crisis and move into a better reality as faith empowered leaders.
