In todays episode Ed and Bill discuss what it means to be an authentic leader. Way too often leaders think they need to emulate other leaders in order to be successful. As faith empowered leaders, God calls us to be the best leaders we can be. He gifts us with personalities, leadership styles and spiritual gifts. All of these are to be used within our individual context. Our authentic self and context come together as the sweet spot where we can do the things "God has prepared in advance for us to do."
