Melissa Lancaster and I met through a mutual friend Brenda Russell who was on the podcast in season 1 episode 6. Brenda nominated Melissa as one of the most extraordinary givers she has known. Melissa has a Masters of Divinity and a background in counseling. She is currently the Director of Ministry and Volunteer Services at our local hospital.
